I have been deeply impacted by the book LSD and the Mind of the Universe, by Christopher M. Bache, PhD (2019). Over a period of 20 years, Bache, a professor of Philosophy and Religious Studies, undertook 73 carefully structured and facilitated, high-dose LSD sessions.

After a subsequent 20 years of rigorously integrating his massive transpersonal journey, Bache wrote this magnum opus in which he meticulously describes his experiences. 

Although Bache's mapping of deeper levels of consciousness and cosmos is brilliant and compelling, what is most relevant and inspiring to me are the visions he was given about what he calls the Birth of the Future Human.

Bache "saw" that humanity is in the process of undergoing a profound, species-wide death-and-rebirth process that will result in a new level of individual and global consciousness. 

According to Bache's visions, the "death" process will be precipitated by a massive, global ecological crisis, and through the intensity of incomprehensible loss and suffering -- a collective "Dark Night of the Soul" -- the human species-mind will be activated into an evolutionary leap.

I am quite on fire about Bache’s visions. In order to share them in an accessible way, I've read and recorded the chapters of Bache's book that discuss the Birth of the Future Human. You’ll find my audio recordings below.
